I love this stuff but I've been trying for TWO YEARS to order and they are always sold out. I don't get it, why is always out of stock, are you selling it all to a 3rd party seller?

I love your stuff and I've used your products for decades, literally when it used to be available at Macy's. It is beyond frustrating that this product and SOOTHE are always sold out for so long. Is it that hard to keep proper inventory, or produce enough product that people can actually purchase?

Please clarify for me, thanks!
