Domestic (U.S.) Orders
Free Ground Shipping on orders $50+
Ground Shipping on orders under $60: $5.95 USD
Second Day: $18.95 USD
Overnight: $22.95 USD
All kits are charged as just one item. Multiple orders to the same address will be combined whenever possible. Whenever possible we aim to ship orders within 3 business days, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.
All deliveries will be made via USPS or UPS. Please allow for 1-3 business days to receive and process your order from our distribution center for fulfillment.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number. Another email will be sent to you once your order has shipped and will include your invoice and a USPS tracking number for your order.
Note: With the aggressive spam email filtering of many ISP's and email software, it is possible that your invoice, tracking number emails mistakenly get blocked from your email in-box. We encourage you to add email@example.com to your Address Book or "whitelist" (if such a service is available to you) so we can communicate with you.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
You will be required to provide your order number as well as your email address used for site login.To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by USPS.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive details on how to return your item.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited to your credit card and account. Your financial institution may take an additional seven business days to reflect this transaction. Please note that ZIRH only accepts returns or exchanges on products that have been purchased through zirh.com. Make sure to provide via email the tracking number, in order to validate your return and process your refund.
Product purchased elsewhere must be returned or exchanged at the location of purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer. Products purchased at zirh.com may not be returned or exchanged at any other retailer. Likewise, we cannot accept any other retailer’s store returns or exchanges. ZIRH does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges.
You will be happy to know that Zirh does not participate in animal testing nor do we contract to 3rd parties that currently test on animals.
